4. Order Placement & Confirmation
Orders placed through the platform are considered final upon confirmation.
Tradeking reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
Order confirmation is subject to stock availability and payment clearance.

5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made using Tradeking's authorized payment methods.
Orders will only be processed upon successful payment, unless credit terms have been approved.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring timely payment; delays may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and logistics.
Tradeking is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, transport disruptions, or incorrect address details.
Risk of goods passes to the buyer upon successful delivery to the provided address.
Product will be delivered within 24 hrs.

7. Returns & Complaints
Only damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for eligible items as per Tradeking’s return policy.
All complaints or disputes will be reviewed by our support team for resolution.
Please check the item at the delivery time, tradeking will not be responsible after that.
Good once sold not be taken back or exchange.
