How do I track my order?

Go to “My Orders” in your dashboard, select the order, and view real-time tracking status.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact our support team to assist you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept COD, net banking, UPI, credit/debit cards, and authorized business credit lines.

I received a damaged product — what should I do?

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Our support team will resolve it promptly.
