At Tradeking, we strive to provide high-quality products and reliable service to all our business customers. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which goods may be returned and refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
Damaged Goods: Products received in a physically damaged or defective condition.
Incorrect Items: Items delivered that do not match your order (wrong product, quantity, or packaging).
Expired Products: FMCG items delivered with expired or near-expiry dates not matching the agreed shelf life.
Once the request is raised we will replace the return/ damaged products in 7 business days
Refund will be credited in 5-7 business days
Order will be delivered in 2 business days
Note: Returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., over-ordering, change of mind) are not accepted.

2. Return Request Timeline
Plz check the item at the deliver time ,whether any item is missing or damaged or expired so that the problem can be solved at the same time
You must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Requests made after this window will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at tradeking201@gmail.com or contact your account manager.
2. Provide:
Order number
Photos/videos of the product and packaging
Reason for return
Our support team will evaluate the request and respond within 48 business hours.

4. Return Pickup & Product Condition
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request return shipping to our warehouse.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
If the items are found to be used, tampered with, or not matching the original return claim, the return will be rejected.

5. Refund Process
Upon successful inspection of returned goods:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method ,Any refund will be made to your wallet only
Credited time: 5–7 business days after receiving the returned goods.
Refunds for cash-on-delivery (if applicable) will be made via wallet

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable goods with short shelf life (unless damaged or expired)
Products marked “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase
Goods damaged due to mishandling by the buyer after delivery
